Im Pénedes stehen seine Reben auf purem Kalk. Immer wieder stolpern wir beim Blindverkosten über seine Weine - “Kann das Chardonnay sein? Nein, diese Frucht, so balanciert? Das ist Chenin! “ - mit der Auflösung kommt die Gewissheit. Es war mal wieder Joan Rubio. Nicht nur von uns werden seine Weine oft mit denen von Richard Leroy verglichen, einem der ganz großen Meister der Loire. Großes Kino! Full malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottled after 11 months in Foudre.
